Create camps and showcases
Submit event details once, manage approval status, and give athletes and coaches a clear place to discover what is coming next.
XCEPTIONAL FOR ORGANIZATIONS
RUN THE EVENT.
CONNECT THE ECOSYSTEM.
Xceptional gives hockey organizations one place to launch camps and showcases, organize rosters, invite athletes and coaches, and communicate with every person involved.

From first invite to final evaluation.
Build connected rosters
Invite players and coaches already on Xceptional or organize an imported roster without losing the relationships behind the data.
Keep the event moving
Track registrants, prepare Camp Mode, and streamline the communication that normally gets scattered across spreadsheets and inboxes.
BUILT FOR HOCKEY OPERATIONS
Less administration. More connected development.
Approved events can flow into the public Camps page and Camp Mode, while persistent rosters and communications help your team spend less time rebuilding the same event information in different places.
